General Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions that you must follow if you use any copyright Adrian Gatie/AGTP images.

This site is owned and operated by Adrian Gatie Theatre Photographs (AGTP). All content is protected by International Copyright Laws and as such may not be copied, reproduced, or used in any way whatsoever, including on any other website or computer network without prior authorisation from AGTP.

All images supplied by AGTP will be deemed “on loan” and shall remain the property of AGTP. You may not publish, reproduce, place on either an electronic bulletin board, corporate intranet or the Internet, license, sell or otherwise distribute the image(s) without prior authorisation from AGTP. No image or part of any image may be used for any advertising purposes. By using images supplied by AGTP you agree to defend, indemnify and hold AGTP and its affiliates, employees and agents harmless against any and all claims asserted against AGTP and its affiliates, employees and agents as a result of our supply to you. Images may be used only by the individuals or organisations supplied to by AGTP and solely and only for the use as specified when ordered and subsequently agreed to by AGTP. Images must not be passed on to any other party for any reason other than those involved in the execution of the licensed use. AGTP will not be responsible or liable to you for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages that may result from your access to this site or use of images supplied.

Conditions of Use

--A) Images must not be used for any purpose other than the single use as declared by you and as licensed for one-off use by AGTP. They must not be transmitted or transferred to any third party other than those involved in the execution of the licensed use. It is the responsibility of the licensee to ensure the security and integrity of images whilst being used by contractors on behalf of the licensee.
--B) Images must not be cropped or manipulated in any way without prior application and subsequent approval of proof by AGTP.
--C) In use, images must always be accredited © adrian gatie or photo: © adrian gatie immediately adjacent to each image.
--D) A voucher copy of any and all published/printed material must be supplied to AGTP by post as soon as is published/printed.

You are bound by these conditions when you place any order. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions and conditions of use without notice.
